The Alice Longstaff Gallery Collection and the Hebden Bridge Literary and Scientific Society, Local History Section has kindly made available to the Mytholmroyd Net a selection of old photographs relevant to Mytholmroyd. We intend to add these to our existing photo collection at the rate of one every week or so.

It will be the tenth anniversary of Alice Longstaff's death on the 6th January. The Collection and the Local History Section are mounting an exhibition starting this weekend (first week in January 2002) at the Hebden Bridge Tourist Information Centre to celebrate both her life and to tell the story of both the West End studio and the establishment of The Alice Longstaff Gallery Collection.
