From Molly Sunderland's book about the Mytholmroyd Floods

At a meeting last Thursday of the Calderdale Branch of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, a cheque for £1,300.00 was presented to Chairman Peter Melling by Mrs. Molly Sunderland of Mytholmroyd. This amount was from the proceeds of her recent book on the story of the Mytholmroyd Floods. Molly would like to express thanks to everyone for their support in this recent venture for such a worthy cause.
